It is packed full of beautiful art work and antiques, and is the perfect getaway cottage. Theatre room with sofas, disco ball and projector for screening for screening sports or films First Floor: Master bedroom: king size bed, fitted wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with roll top bath Bedroom two: king size bed with ample storage and en suite bathroom. Bedroom three: two single beds Family bathroom with shower Outside: Spacious south facing private garden, unrestricted countryside views East facing orchard garden Off road parking for two/three cars Guest access This detached home is available for the exclusive use of our guests. Not included is use of outside sheds Other things to note Discover scenic country walks, dog-friendly trails, historic market towns, heritage attractions and iconic landmarks including Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). Less than an hour from The New Forest and an hour to the sea. Mid-stay cleans and/or linen changes can be organised on request for an additional charge. Self Check-In: Entry is via a key safe for your convenience. Check-In/Out: Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 midday. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability and prior arrangement. Pets For those traveling with pets, we welcome one dog to join you during your stay. Please ensure you review the Pet section under 'Other things to note' before booking with your pet to ensure a comfortable stay.A fee of £30 per dog will be charged. Please ensure the pets box is ticked when booking. Please kindly consider our house rules if you bring your dog: - Dogs must be well behaved and house trained - Please keep your pets off the beds & soft furnishings - Any fouling on premises must be cleared up please as quickly as possible and there may be an additonal cleaning charge for any removal of staining - Muddy paws are to be cleaned before entering the house. There is a hose at the side of the cottge - Dogs must not be left alone in the property, thank you Other things to note: Strictly no parties allowed. This is my own private home located in a quiet rural neighbourhood. We therefore ask guests to please be respectful of our home, personal belongings and our neighbours when staying here. Strictly no smoking or vaping inside please. This home is for your own private use. The host reserves the right to access the property with 24 hours notice in case any emergency repairs are required, allow access for gardening etc
