Each guest must provide their full name, an active phone number, and a copy of their ID. This information is mandatory in order to validate access to the apartment. 🕥 Early check-in & late check-out Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you would like to request early check-in (from 1:00 PM) or late check-out (until 1:00 PM), we offer these options for an additional fee of 120 RON, subject to availability. Please let us know in your initial message if you would like to use this service, so we can confirm availability in advance. 👥 Registered guests = accommodated guests It is essential that the number of guests listed in the reservation matches the number of people staying at the property. Any discrepancy may result in additional charges or changes to the booking conditions. 🚫 High-traffic activities and unannounced visitors The apartment may not be used for parties, events, or gatherings with unregistered guests. Frequent visits or the use of the space for purposes other than those declared may result in additional fees and immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. 📸 Commercial use (photo shoots, video production, campaigns, etc.) If the apartment will be used for any commercial purpose such as photo shoots, filming, branding, or similar activities, you must inform us in advance. Different rates and conditions apply depending on the nature of the activity. 🚪 Possible intervention by our team Guests are guaranteed access to the apartment throughout their stay. However, in the event of complaints from neighbors, excessive noise, suspected rule violations, or if we are unable to contact the guests, we reserve the right to enter the property without prior notice in order to prevent damage or undesirable situations. 🎥 Monitoring & prevention For your safety and to help maintain peace within the building, the apartment is equipped with: • a security camera at the entrance • smoke and noise sensors inside the apartment These devices do not record guests’ private activities, but help us monitor compliance with house rules and building regulations. 🔑 Please be careful not to lock the door with the keys left inside Please be careful not to leave the keys inside the apartment and lock the door behind you, as you will no longer be able to enter. The fee for unlocking the door in this situation is 50 EUR.
