A full two-bedroom apartment a few blocks from downtown Acayucan, designed for business trips. You can arrive at any time with self check-in, park your car inside the property, and work with Wi-Fi and a desk. Equipped kitchen, A/C, hot water, towels and sheets ready. Four people sleep comfortably, each with their own bed, for less than the cost of two hotel rooms. We issue an invoice. The space The apartment is entire and private: living room, kitchen with dining room, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. • Bedroom 1: Double bed, A/C, and closet. • Bedroom 2: Double bed and closet. • Living room with TV and armchairs for four people. • Kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, utensils, dishes, and silverware: You can cook and save money on restaurants. • Table with chair for working with a laptop, and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. • Hot water, towels, linens, and basic toiletries included. • Free parking inside the property for one car. Access is narrow for large vans. If you're traveling in one, let us know and we'll tell you where to park it safely. The area is quiet and just a few blocks from downtown, with stores, Chedraui, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby. Guest access You have the entire apartment to yourself, plus the parking space. Check-in is self-service: one day before, we'll send you the instructions with photos and the access code via the Airbnb chat, so you can arrive at any time, even in the early morning, without having to wait for anyone. We're available on chat all day in case you need anything during your stay. Other things to note • We issue invoices. Send us your RFC, company name, tax regime, CFDI use and email via the chat, and we'll send you the invoice for your stay. • The building has a security camera at the entrance, facing the street. No cameras inside the apartment. • There is no washing machine in the apartment. We can tell you where the nearest laundromat is if you need it. • The parking lot is for one car, and the access is narrow for large vans. • If you arrive with tools or work equipment, let us know and we'll see where to put them. • If you are coming for several weeks, write to us: we have a monthly rate with an invoice.
