A large vacation home with lots of entertainment

The Brenner vacation home is located in beautiful St. Kathrein am Offenegg, a unique quiet place in the Styrian Almenland. The space 3rd floor: There are 4 double bedrooms with pullout couch, 1 double bedroom, 1 four-bed bedroom (2 bunk beds) and 1 twin bedroom (1 bunk bed). All rooms are equipped with shower / toilet and balcony. 2nd floor: There is 1 double room with extra bed, 1 twin room, 1 triple room (1 bunk bed and 1 single bed) and 1 double room, each equipped with shower / toilet, 1 five-bed room (2 bunk beds and 1 single bed) on the south side with balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen with access to the balcony, a living room with balcony and a large terrace with grill (2 charcoal grills and 1 fire plate), children's playground and seating. A utility room with a washing machine and dryer is also available. The 2nd floor is also available for rent as an apartment. Basically, we rent the whole house. For groups of less than 12 people, you have to make a request. On the first floor is the large common room with fully equipped bar and of course a kitchen that can be managed by everyone themselves. This common room is great for any kind of celebration. In our house it never gets boring, as we have some play equipment such as darts, air hockey, rotating football table, car driver, (fee), billiards (free), table tennis table, ... and much more as well as a large selection of board games. The Brenner vacation home was newly renovated in 2020 and is divided into 3 floors. From the house you can observe the sweet alpacas and llamas of the Kathreiner Alpaca Farm up close in the garden, and if you wish you can also try out what sweet dreams you have in alpaca blankets and upholstery in our handmade pine beds. In St. Kathrein am Offenegg you can explore the Styrian Almenland on beautiful hiking trails and experience unforgettable walks with alpacas and llamas. The ski lifts and the excellent hut hosts on the Sommeralm and the Teichalm are only about 20 minutes away by car. The ski lifts are also very good for teaching children to ski. Courses are also offered there for children. Our alpine pastures also have beautiful cross-country ski trails and snowshoeing is also very special. After the many activities, you can then taste exclusive schnapps in a noble distillery, which can be wonderfully reached on foot. Or you can indulge in culinary delights in the nearby Haubenlokal or in one of the many inns and snack bars. If you like to cook with your loved ones, in the middle of the village of St. Kathrein am Offenegg, about 2 minutes' walk from the vacation home, there is a small grocery store that leaves almost nothing to be desired.
