The space Welcome to our little getaway on the Southern Wine Route We are Moritz & Ally, and we have renovated this apartment ourselves over the past two years – step by step, with a lot of passion and attention to detail. It's not perfect, but that's exactly what gives it its charm for us. Since we live abroad most of the time, we are delighted to share this place with you. The apartment is ideal for 2 people – perfect for anyone looking for peace and quiet, who enjoys being outdoors, or who wants to work from here in a relaxed setting (workation). What to expect: • Large, fully equipped kitchen-living room • Mediterranean seating area in the courtyard – ideal for mild evenings with a glass of wine • Very quiet location, perfect for unwinding • Good starting point for cycling and wine tours House & sleeping The upstairs area is designed as an open space, connecting the sleeping and living areas: with a cozy bed, a sofa corner with a smart TV, and a small workstation. In addition, a sofa bed is available. Bathrooms & amenities • Modern shower room on the ground floor • Guest toilet upstairs • External utility room (accessible from the courtyard) with washing machine, dryer, shower, toilet, and iron & ironing board Great to know • Free fresh water for campers • Wi-Fi access can be used at any time • Sustainable energy supply (solar & heat pump) • Public transportation is available, but limited: nearest train station in Edesheim (about 3 km), limited bus service → Ideally, travel by car or bicycle Location Quietly located in the heart of the wine region – perfect for taking a deep breath, slowing down, and as a starting point for your explorations along the Southern Wine Route. Other things to note We are Moritz & Ally, both in our mid-30s, and we travel a lot around the world, both for work and for pleasure. We renovated this apartment ourselves over the past two years and turned it into a place we love to come back to again and again. Since we are not always on site, we would like to share this special place with you. It's important to us that you feel comfortable from the very start: Everything you need is provided—just as we would live there ourselves. Since we like to cook a lot, the kitchen is well equipped accordingly. Since we are still at the beginning of the rental period, not everything may be perfect yet – that's exactly why we would really appreciate your feedback.
