The space The accommodation, located on the ground floor, preserves the authentic charm of mountain tradition, fully reflecting the culture and atmosphere of the area. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a spacious living area composed of an open-plan kitchen — separated from the dining area by a convenient sideboard — and a relaxation area with a double sofa bed and TV (Note: the sofa bed is not made up for your arrival, as we consider it fair for you to use the sofa during non-sleep hours. You will find sheets, pillows, and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.) Wooden furnishings and finishes enrich the space, adding warmth and character. The large windows offer simply spectacular views: green valleys dotted with chalet rooftops and a majestic mountain range shaping the horizon. Outside, the sheltered patio, furnished with a stone table, allows you to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors, immersed in the tranquility of nature. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, intimate and cozy, with practical storage spaces. The apartment also features a functional and comfortable bathroom with a shower, designed to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. The apartment does not have private parking, but there are shared condominium parking spaces (not assigned) and public parking available nearby. The apartment is accessible from the street via a staircase which, during the winter season, may be covered with snow. For this reason, a shovel is provided so it can be cleared if necessary. Guests are advised to wear appropriate footwear and clothing and to exercise due caution. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment.
