Forget your worries in this cosy and serene space. Quiet and private little spot with plenty of beautiful scenery on your doorstep. The property is set back from the road, with access via a permissive path through the neighbouring garden. The property is dainty and quirky in parts due to it's age. It's fully functioning, but if you like straight lines and plush, it's not the property for you. Its full of character and is cottage-like with it's open fire and peaceful vibe. The space Comfortable space for up to 4 to spend time in. Although there are two bedrooms and the entire property is the space available, the property only has one double bed provided in the main bedroom. There is additionally a single campbed and bedding in the second bedroom, and a double airbed and bedding that guests can set up downstairs. Guests are welcome to bring travel cots if they wish to cater for younger ages. The kitchen is fully equipped for 4 with crockery and cutlery, and has fridge-freezer, oven, slow-cooker and hob to utilise for cooking. There is also tumperware, ice packs and picnic sets should you wish to head out for the day please help yourselves and borrow. There is a bath and a duel head shower in the only bathroom which is downstairs. Guest access The property you are staying in is No.9. Soon after turning into Wamil Way look on the left hand side of the road. You will see a break in housing with a set back garage and courtyard showing private parking for No's 11 & 13. The courtyard area is the access route to the house. There is NO ALLOCATED OFF ROAD PARKING FOR No.9. Parking is free available on Wamil Way itself, with the nearest spaces being on the road on the right hand side as you drive in. Once you have parked, approach the garage marked 11. As you look to the right hand side of the garage you should see a gate marked '7&9'. As you open the gate, you will pass the front door to 7 on the left and have a natural path in front of you to another brown gate marked 9. PLEASE ALWAYS CLOSE BOTH THE GATES THAT LINK 7 & 9. Other things to note The property within very short walking distance to Mildenhall town centre which hosts regular buses to Newmarket, Thetford, Lakenheath, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge and Great Yarmouth.
