Large country house, in contact with nature, swimming pool, hiking trails. Located in the central area of the city of Mário Campos, cut by an active railway line. We have 2 well-equipped kitchens, with barbecue grills and stoves. Within walking distance of the site, you will find two large supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. Located 20 km from Belo Horizonte and 15 km from Inhotim. Fiber optic internet, great for home office. The space A large space, ideal for resting, replenishing energy, doing healthy activities amidst a beautiful landscape of nature that induces relaxation, ideal for a dip in the soul. The caretaker's house is next to the main house. On the property, there is a vegetable garden in the back where the caretaker works, and during the day the truck arrives to transport the harvest. If you are interested in the vegetables, just ask the caretaker to leave them at the door of the house, always avoiding contact and keeping a distance. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Inside the house I have 2 locked rooms, one with personal items and another technical area. Please do not insist on trying to open the door as they are locked and access is for authorized personnel only. Other things to note The internet is fiber optic and for home office we have the 5G option, where the Wi-Fi delivers more quality internet but works in a certain area, if you need it. On the property we have 2 horses that are separated from the ranch by a fence, 1 tame dog that is kept on a leash so as not to run away during stays, and a black and white cat. Other dogs that are not ours usually show up on the property. I ask that you do not feed them so that they do not return there, because they are neighbors' dogs and already have their proper food. For your biosafety and comfort, due to the pandemic, we ask that you bring your own bed and bath linens. No car stereos, no paid parties. We do not provide firewood for the fireplace or the wood stove.
