The space The Barn at Cob Tree Cottage is a brand-new, purpose-built property, completed in 2026 with guest comfort in mind throughout. Enjoy year-round comfort with full air conditioning, keeping you cool in summer and cosy in cooler months. The spacious 50m² open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area provides plenty of room to cook, dine, and unwind. Outside, the large private courtyard garden is the perfect place to relax, take in beautiful sunsets, and enjoy clear, starry night skies. Guest access The house, large courtyard garden and private parking with private entrance is all yours to enjoy. Other things to note The Barn at Cob Tree Cottage is perfectly located for exploring some of the area’s highlights, including picturesque Clovelly, the stunning Widemouth Bay, historic Launceston, and the rugged landscapes of Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. Tintagel and Boscastle are within easy reach. We’re always happy to suggest itineraries tailored to your interests. Set in the heart of the North Devon countryside, The Barn is surrounded by the sights, sounds and occasional fragrances of working farmland. You’ll likely notice more birdsong than usual, perhaps the call of a barn owl at dusk, and in spring, the gentle sound of lambs calling to their mothers. We’re proud to support local farmers and feel fortunate to be part of such a beautiful, natural setting. The Barn lies within the same grounds but private and separate from the Cob Tree Cottage, our home.
