Easy walk to Chama river, property is along arroyo that can be subject to flash flooding so caution is advised. Located on 27 acres with no obstructive views. Various animals visit the arroyo / river inlet ; raccoons, dear, elk, lizards, swallows, tarantula during their migration and various birds. Beautiful nights stargazing and listening to the river….. Not too far from The Abiquiu Inn, Georgia O’Keefe welcome center, Bodes gas and general store , Abiquiu Reservoir and well worth the visit to Ojo Caliente Mineral Hot springs, approx a 40 minute drive. Casinos from Ohkay Owingeh to Santa Fe and even towards Albuquerque. Abiquiu is located between Taos NM and Santa Fe NM. Guest access Guests will be given caretaker contact information upon booking in order to gain entry to property and entry to the casita. Other things to note There is hot water tank for hot water for shower and bath/kitchen sinks. NO PETS ALLOWED!!!!! IF PETS ARE DISCOVERED ON PROPERTY $50.00 PER NIGHT WILL BE ADDITIONALLY CHARGED !!!!!!
