Maisonette in the heart of Ardèche nature

Difficult access for people with reduced mobility. In this comfortable space, there is an entrance with a separate toilet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a breakfast preparation area with a coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, and small dishes. You open onto a large veranda overlooking the pool, with direct access from your accommodation without passing in front of our house. No kitchen in the maisonette. On the second floor, an air-conditioned 25 m² bedroom with closets and a wardrobe are at your disposal. Guest access We are 20 minutes by car from the MONTÉLIMAR SUD interchange, 2 minutes from the RD86, and 3 km from the VIA RHONA, completely isolated from traffic and noise, except for birds and cicadas from June 20. The village is 5 km away, easily accessible by the small municipal roads, or by car via the main road. Easy parking, all GPS now find us. Garage for bicycles, shelter for motorcycles, and space under video surveillance when we are away. There are stairs to reach the cottage, not recommended for people with reduced mobility. We live on site, in the dwelling house that is on the other side of the courtyard and are able to welcome you. The 2 buildings are completely independent; only a courtyard separates us. We constantly ensure that your privacy is protected. Other things to note Non-smoking area, pets not allowed. We appreciate that the garbage cans are taken out by our guests, to prevent any insects from being attracted. It's always good to sort glass. In addition, there is no 5G here. We've only had fiber for a few months, and the network is very often temperamental, despite the installation of Wi-Fi repeaters. It's often "slow"! Please note ⚠ you can't cook in our accommodation. so it's a guest room, or a suite. However, there is a sink, refrigerator, coffee machine with pods, kettle, some dishes, salt and pepper.
