About the Space: First Floor: — Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), autonomous air conditioning, wardrobe, and a balcony with a view. — Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern electrical appliances. — Dining Area: Indoor dining table for 3 guests, and a private 40 sq.m. balcony with stunning sea and pool views. — Living Room: Sofa that converts into a single bed, 40" HD Smart TV with satellite connection, coffee table, and a balcony with a view. — Bathroom: Sink and shower. Outdoor Area: — Shared swimming pool (25 sq.m., 1.30 – 1.60 m depth). — Outdoor shower. — Sun loungers and umbrellas. — Parking space outside the property.
