Detached house with garden, pool, barbecue

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The house is located on a property that includes two units, including mine. The garden and its many species of plants make it a true haven of peace... I make the second house, the facilities, and the amenities available to visitors. On the agenda: swimming pool, barbecue, ping pong and a game of darts! 30 minutes from Angoulême and 45 minutes from Cognac. Close to shops and the N10, less than 10 minutes away. Guest access Guests have access to the cottage, garden, swimming pool, covered outdoor dining area, and barbecue! Other things to note I take care of the pool maintenance and reserve the right to take a little dip in your absence! The rest of the time, I'll obviously let you enjoy the place by yourselves😉
