The space The house can accommodate up to 8 guests, ideal for reunions and shared stays. Enjoy an enclosed garden for your meals and leisure time, a fireplace for winter evenings, and fiber-optic internet. Ideally located just 10 minutes from Auxerre, the house is the perfect base from which to discover the various wine-growing villages, Chablis, the Basilica of Sainte-Marie-Madeleine de Vézelay and the most beautiful landscapes of Burgundy. Upon arrival, you will find everything you need to start your stay with peace of mind: coffee, tea, essentials, welcome products, and a few welcoming touches. On the ground floor • A large bright living room with a fireplace. • A dining room that can accommodate 8 guests. • A fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee, sugar and basic products provided). • A high chair for babies. • A first bedroom with a queen size bed. • A second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed. • An additional sleeping area with a 140 cm sofa bed, located on a landing and protected by a screen. • A bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink, with complimentary toiletries provided. • A separate restroom. • A laundry room with a washing machine, laundry detergent, ironing board and iron. Only a few locked cupboards are reserved for private use. Other things to note Dogs are welcome, but other animals are not. I simply ask that you please not let them get on the sofas or armchairs, and that you make sure to pick up their waste to ensure the comfort of all guests.
