Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious hallway with access to the outdoor balcony, a practical and functional area where you can conveniently store all your mountain equipment after a day in the fresh air. The living area, consisting of a dining corner with a corner bench and a relaxation space with armchair and TV, is enhanced by wooden furnishings and finishes that add warmth and character to the environment. From here, the view is simply spectacular: green valleys dotted with chalet rooftops and a majestic mountain range shaping the horizon. An opening leads to the separate kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook freely, just like at home. The sleeping area features two bedrooms, one double and one single, both with storage space for your wardrobe and ideal for welcoming small families or groups of friends. The apartment is completed by a functional and practical bathroom with shower, designed to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. The apartment does not have private parking, but there are shared condominium parking spaces (not assigned) and public parking available nearby. The apartment is accessible from the street via a staircase which, during the winter season, may be covered with snow. For this reason, a shovel is provided so it can be cleared if necessary. Guests are advised to wear appropriate footwear and clothing and to exercise due caution. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment.
