Small one-level house (55 m2) located in a farmhouse, and completely renovated in 2026. Located in the heart of a Lorraine village, close to the forest, the Côtes de Toul and Lake Madine. Up to 5 people can be accommodated. Equipped kitchen - living room with 140 cm sofa bed, bathroom, one bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed (a folding baby bed is also available). Outdoor area. Large attached garage. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are provided. The space The house on the ground floor is composed of 3 rooms. A large lounge / dining / kitchen area including: - a 140cm wide sofa bed; - a wicker chair; - A turret lounge table; - an equipped kitchen (hob, oven, extractor hood, sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), - a dining room table and its 6 chairs; - a high chair; - TV - a storage closet. This space gives access to the garden and awning equipped with garden table and chairs, as well as a bench. A large room including: - a 140 cm bed; - a 90 cm bed; - An umbrella bed - a clothes rack with hangers. Bathroom including: - a step-free shower; - a drawer vanity unit; - a toilet; - a towel radiator. The cottage also includes a large garage to park a car and possibly bicycles, trailers. For a large vehicle, possibility to park in the farmyard adjoining the accommodation. Linens, towels, and kitchen linens are provided. Wifi available in the accommodation. Guest access Self check-in with a lockbox. Other things to note At the end of the stay, we kindly ask guests to put all used linens in a basket, empty the trash cans, and do a bit of cleaning.
