Country walks right from the doorstep. Wye Valley retreat. No pets allowed for allergy conscious families The space The bungalow features a grassed, enclosed garden at the rear. Secure metal gates open onto the driveway with parking space for up to three vehicles. Inside, four comfortable bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower are located in the main house, whilst the side double bedroom has an ensuite shower. The smallest bedroom has a bunk bed for 2 children and a built-in wardrobe, while the other three bedrooms each have double beds. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar, four bar stools, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and all necessary crockery and utensils. A porch provides a washing machine, drying rack, and shoe rack. The living room offers a Smart TV (no aerial), two three-seater sofas, a coffee table, and Wi-Fi access. Wall lights set the mood, and a Venetian blind ensures privacy. The dining room features a table, six chairs, a bench seat, and French doors open directly onto the back garden. The side bedroom includes a double bed, clothes rack, chair, ensuite shower room, frosted window (no blind), toilet, small wash hand basin, mirrored bathroom cabinet, and heated towel rail. The two double bedrooms in the main house are furnished with double beds, clothes racks, bedside tables, and two bedside lamps each; the front bedroom has a Venetian blind, whilst the back and small bedrooms feature blackout roller blinds. The hallway provides one large cupboard, one small cupboard, and a full-length wall mirror. The family bathroom contains a shower, cupboard, heated towel rail, toilet, and frosted window (no blind). All bedrooms are carpeted whilst vinyl flooring runs throughout the rest of the property. Bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi included. The bungalow accommodates up to eight guests, all of whom must be registered at the time of booking. Please note that violating this policy will result in cancellation of the reservation and guests will be required to vacate within 30 minutes. A non-smoking, no shoes inside, pet-free property. Occasional patchy WiFi due to countryside signal and some outage We are in the countryside so the odd spider might beat you to the welcome mat but that’s country living!
