Length of the peacefule cottage road about 400m for relaxing morning walks. Nearby the plot there are lands of govermental owner Metsähallitus, suitable to berry picking and enjoing everyman's rights. Several cars can be parked in the yard. There are also 2 plugs for the car block heater. Charging electric/hybrid cars and staying in mobile homes is prohibited without a separate agreement. Other things to note • SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED inside any building. Dumps must be placed in the ashtrays in the yard. • Yard trees must not be torn, hollowed out or branches broken off. Firewoods and bark in the liter for fireplace. • Do not leave children unattended near the water • Respect the peace of nature - don't make a excessive noise • Separate instructions are provided for final cleaning, unless final cleaning was purchased separately
