Private Lakeside Log Cabin with Sauna

A log cabin on the shore of a quiet lake, sleeping up to 6. It's a private spot with its own beach and a traditional lakeside sauna. Inside you'll find WiFi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen, with the nearest village about 10 km away. There's a fireplace to keep things cozy and a rowboat by the shore — a good year-round base for unwinding and getting outdoors. The space The living room has a high vaulted ceiling, a stone fireplace, and large windows framing the view. Living and sleeping The living room has a TV and two convertible armchair-beds for extra guests. There are two bedrooms — one with a 160 cm bed, the other with a 140 cm bed. WiFi covers the whole cabin, and heating, air conditioning and the heat pump can all be controlled remotely year-round. Kitchen and dining The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The fridge-freezer and tableware are set for six. Bathroom and sauna The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The lakeside sauna is separate, heated with an electric stove — water is carried down from the cabin. Outdoors and shore The private beach is shallow and sandy near the shore, turning muddy further out. There's a private dock and a rowboat with life vests, plus a fire hut with firewood for cooking outside. Guest access Guests have the whole cabin, the yard, and a private stretch of shoreline to themselves. A ditch runs along both sides of the plot, keeping neighbors at a distance. The 400-meter cabin road is good for a quiet walk, and the neighboring land, owned by Metsähallitus, is open under Finland's "everyman's right" — so picking berries or heading out for a hike is right at your doorstep. Other things to note NOTE! Linens and cleaning: The rental price doesn't include final cleaning, bed linens, or towels. You're welcome to bring your own and clean the cabin before you leave (instructions provided). Alternatively, these can be booked in advance: final cleaning €105, linen and towel set €15/person. EV charging: An 11 kW charger is available. Charging is billed by usage at 23 cents/kWh. Safety: The cabin is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher for your safety. Pets are welcome, as long as you clean up after them in the yard, cover the sofa with a throw, and vacuum up any fur. Smoking is not allowed indoors, but is permitted outside — please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
