Other things to note No smoking or vaping and no pets (besides registered service animals). No parties. The house comfortably sleeps 7 adults, as the trundle bed (lower pull out bed) should only be used by children. There is a private downstairs apartment. The homes are not connected and do not share any space. There has been sporadic construction nearby as part of a downtown revitalization project.
