On entry, there is a corridor leading with one single bedroom to the left. Further along the corridor is a second bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a kingsize bed. The third bedroom is to left at the end of the hall way which has fitted wardrobes, drawers and a beautiful view of Bishop Auckland market place and the new Tower building. Next to the master bedroom is a bathroom with a large shower, sink and w/c.  There is an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, creating a large amount of social space. The lounge area has a large corner sofa with a Freeview Smart TV and a DVD Player, and there is a 5 seater dining table.
