The apartment is part of a vacation home immersed in our countryside, consisting of 4 units, a panoramic infinity pool (12m x 6m), a large shared solarium, and a view that encompasses vineyards and ancient castles. Located about 1 km from the town center. The space Spacious and bright apartment located on the second floor without an elevator, featuring a large, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, TV, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, tableware, and wine glasses. Here, you will find a sofa bed for two guests. Bathroom with window, equipped with toilet, bidet, and shower; towels, body wash, and a hairdryer will be provided. Spacious bedroom with a view of Serralunga d'Alba Castle, equipped with a queen-size bed and bed linens. Shared laundry area and game room. Guest access You will have access to a 12 m x 6 m infinity pool (unheated), a large sun terrace with loungers, a pergola, and tables and chairs. Large, well-maintained garden with a dedicated area for a seasonal vegetable garden from which you can pick vegetables. Relaxation areas, barbecue, room with ping-pong table and foosball table.
