Welcome to Villa Sol Aviv in Netivot, a spacious two-story villa designed for families and large groups. The villa features 5 bedrooms with comfortable double beds (one of them is a protected room), 2 bathrooms, a spa jacuzzi for up to 6 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with comfortable seating areas. Outside, enjoy a private swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, BBQ area, and relaxing seating spaces. The villa can accommodate up to 30 guests, including additional mattresses. The space The villa spans two floors and features 5 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed, a dresser, and a 55-inch TV. One of the bedrooms is a protected room (Mamad). There are 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets, including one en-suite bathroom. The spacious living room offers a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and an 85-inch TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stovetop, coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, water dispenser, kettle, cookware, serving utensils, and a large dining table for up to 30 guests. For religious guests, a hot plate and water urn are available for Shabbat use. Outside, enjoy a private swimming pool (12×4 meters), sun loungers, a dining area, an outdoor kitchen with a gas stovetop, tabun oven and sink, as well as both gas and charcoal BBQ facilities. The villa can accommodate up to 30 guests, including 20 high-quality mattresses for additional sleeping arrangements. The swimming pool is fenced. Guest access The villa is located in Netivot, where you'll find well-maintained parks, shopping centers, cafés, and a variety of restaurants, alongside sites of cultural interest. Within a short drive, guests can reach popular attractions in southern Israel, nature reserves, scenic hiking areas, and even the Mediterranean coastline. The area is ideal for those seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay with convenient access to local services, entertainment, and outdoor activities. Other things to note The reservation price includes 18% VAT. Guests who are tourists and present a valid foreign passport together with a valid B2 entry visa will be exempt from VAT and will receive a refund of the VAT amount upon check-in. On Saturdays, check-out is after the end of Shabbat at no additional charge.
