Chalet Clotes for a ski in ski out experience

Delightful apartment in a chalet located at the arrival of the Clotes chairlift, above Sauze d'Oulx at 1800mt. On a very beautiful plateau where there are bars and restaurants and where some ski schools gather before departure. The main chairlift to the top of the mountains starts from here. A fantastic starting point for your adventures on the 400 km Via Lattea area up to Montgenevre in France. The space The apartment in the chalet is entirely in wood paneling and elegantly decorated in mountain style. The main entrance leads directly into a living room that has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ski slopes. We have a collection of DVDs in the house that you can watch on a large TV screen, comfortably seated on a large L-shaped sofa. On the same floor you will find a bathroom with shower and bidet and then a second living room open to a partially exposed kitchen, television and large table, chairs and comfortable sofas and armchairs. French doors take you out onto a private snow-level balcony. Downstairs we have a bathroom with large shower, bidet and washing machine. The master bedroom also has a reading area with two armchairs. Glass doors with outdoor access and stunning mountain views. The second bedroom, a 'bunk room' of four large single beds built into the woodwork. Guest access The entire apartment is for your exclusive use Other things to note Sauze d 'Oulx has a Accommodation Tax of €2/person/day that your host must receive from you in cash and then pay the Municipality twice a year. WINTER ARRIVING AT THE CHALET ON THE DAY OF CHECK-IN AND BACK TO THE VILLAGE ON THE DAY OF CHECK-OUT. We are in a ski-in and ski-out setting, on the slopes, surrounded by mountains and snow and unforgettable magic. We are above the village of Sauze, upon the arrival of the main track called Clotes and where the main lift chairlift restarts. In winter, to go up to Baite Clotes, take the chairlift with your luggage, which operates between 9:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. You leave the car in the village. Use your ski pass to go up and down or use an ascent ticket. From the arrival of the chairlift to our chalet, there are four minutes on foot. To go down to the village, you always use the chairlift or walk. In summer, you can also reach the cabin by car. I would say that the best restaurants in Sauze are at altitude on the slopes around us and you don't even have to go down to the village if you want. They are obviously very popular, so I always recommend booking well in advance, and I can help you with that. The restaurants are Ciao Pais. La Marmotta,La Sosta and Ristorante Clotes.
