Cabin in Färgelanda

Unwind in this simple and peaceful accommodation, perched on a hill overlooking Lake Ellenö. The cottage is located right next to the lake, with plenty of forest and wildlife all around. There is the possibility of fishing in the lake with a fishing license, and there is a small boat with an electric motor that can be borrowed. An outhouse with an incineration toilet and an outdoor shower is available. Running water is available in the kitchen and via the garden faucet outside; there is no shower. The space Info about the property: The property consists of a main cottage with a main room where there is a sofa bed, table/chairs, and a small TV. The TV is not connected to anything, but an HDMI cable is available for connecting, for example, the provided laptop. There is also a small bedroom as well as a simple kitchenette with fridge/freezer but without sink. Separately from the main living room, there is a sleeping cabin with a bunk bed and an outdoor toilet with incinerating toilet. The only running water is a faucet and an outdoor shower. Beds: There is a sofabed in the cabin that can accommodate two adults. There is also a 90 x 200 bunk bed that can accommodate a maximum weight of 220 lbs (100 kg) per bed. In the sleeping area, there is a bunk bed that can accommodate three adults: one upstairs, two downstairs. The toilet: Place a waste disposal bag in the toilet. Do your business in the bag. Press down on the white lever to lower the bag into the combustion chamber. It's helpful to push down the lever with a bit of force. Press either the poop button or the pee button, depending on what you have done. It is possible to use the toilet even when it is running on the heat from previous visitors. Guest access The key will be left out before arrival. Other things to note Directions to the cottage: A car is required to get to and from the cabin. The last stretch of gravel road to the cabin is bumpy, and there is a lot of wildlife around, so drive carefully! Parking: Parking is available before the steep hill, in the same area where the trash cans are located. It is also possible to park one car up on the hill by the cabin, at the start of the property. Bed linens and towels: Sheets and towels are available for rent at a cost of SEK 70/set (one set per person = one bath towel, sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) This is included when booking three or more nights. The yacht: Boat is available to borrow. There is a green metal boat down by the lake, and there is an electric motor in the cabin that runs on a car battery. A car battery and charger are also provided in the cabin. The battery can be charged before your arrival if required; please let me know in advance. There are life jackets for two children and one adult. The lake is shallow with a muddy bottom near the cabin, but if you take a boat out, you can find better places to swim. Please note that a fishing license is required for fishing in the lake. Before departure, the boat should be pulled ashore and placed as it was upon arrival. Final cleaning: Final cleaning is done by the tenant but can be delegated to me at a cost of SEK 900. In case of problems: I am available via the app. For problems that cannot be resolved via the app, I can get to the cabin in about an hour and a half.
