The sleeping area is tucked behind the arch — intimate and quiet, with a floral duvet, wall-mounted TV, and original artwork above the bed. Kitchen — Designer & Fully Equipped: The kitchen is a true highlight: floor-to-ceiling glass cabinets with warm LED lighting, dark wood lower units, white stone countertops, brushed gold fixtures, an induction cooktop, a Espresso machine, and everything you need to cook a proper meal or simply enjoy your morning coffee in style. Bathroom — Spa Vibes: The bathroom has been designed like a boutique hotel: deep blue herringbone feature tiles, a round rattan-framed mirror, vessel sink on a wooden vanity, brushed gold fittings throughout, and a glass-enclosed rain shower. Guest access The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a residential building, just 600 meters from Victoria metro station, offering breathtaking panoramic views over Athens. You can access the apartment by taking the elevator to the 6th floor and then walking up one floor via stairs. Keys are stored in a lockbox outside the building. The code will be sent to you 1 day before your check-in date for a smooth and easy entry. A supermarket is conveniently located only a 2-minute walk away. Getting around couldn't be easier: 🚇 Metro: 9-minute walk to Victoria station, with direct connections to Monastiraki, Syntagma, and beyond 🚕 Taxi/Uber: Just €4–5 to the heart of Athens — you're closer to the center than you might think 🚗 Free street parking available directly on the side of the building Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: After you finish using the hot tub, turn it off and switch it back on about 2 hours before your next use. For safety reasons, using the hot tub during storms or severe weather is not allowed. Please note the hot tub is not pre-filled — it will be covered and sparkling clean upon your arrival, but you'll need to fill it with water. Keep in mind that in colder months, it may take 2–3 hours for the water to fully heat up. Do not empty the hot tub on your own — our cleaning team will handle it after checkout. When using the hot tub cover, make sure to lock it in place with all of its clips. Strong winds can blow it off — this has happened before. Be cautious on the terrace when using the jacuzzi or during rain, as the wet floor can become very slippery and pose a fall or injury risk. Avoid leaving personal items on the terrace table during windy weather, as they can fall or be blown away and possibly break. During strong winds, please do not leave glasses or plates outside — they can break and create safety hazards. Parties, events, and loud music are strictly prohibited. A surveillance camera monitors the entrance for your safety. Toiletries and towels are provided. Please change them only when needed — to help protect the environment.
