The space BEDROOM The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed with professionally laundered and pressed linen, along with generous wardrobe space for your belongings. BATHROOM The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage. KITCHEN Feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with: • Fridge/freezer • Stovetop • Microwave • Oven • Dishwasher • Crockery and cutlery A small selection of essentials such as milk, coffee, and tea is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional items as needed. LIVING AREA The living room offers a 55" Hisense smart TV for your entertainment. You’re welcome to log into your own Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming accounts during your stay. LAUNDRY A washing machine and dryer are available, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience. Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355. Other things to note We want guests to enjoy their stay comfortably while also helping us care for the property and respect the neighbours. This is not a party property. Any breach of the no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any costs for damages.
