Cozy cottage in basement located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river. The space You have the cottage to yourself with your own entrance and parking space. The kitchen is equipped with induction stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. On the lower floor, there is access to a projector and TV via AppleTV. From the cottage, you have a fantastic view towards Gavleån and its wildlife. The location combines proximity to Gävle city center with a nice historical mill environment including horse pastures. Walking distance to Arboretum and Stadsträdgården. Guest access Access to sauna as well as patio with awning, barbecue and proximity to bathing jetty in Gavleån. Other things to note Please make sure you type in the correct number of guests when booking your accommodation. If incorrect information is given, we will charge an extra 500 SEK/night for every extra guest staying at the house. We have a camera on our parking space in front of our garage.
