You are welcome to stay in our three bedroom house located in the heart of West Mersea within a few minutes walking distance to the main attractions, shops and the seaside. Bran's Estate comprises a cosy dining room and a generous kitchen on the ground floor, with a table for 6 people, along with a wood stove. The kitchen contains appliances necessary for self catering. The first floor has three large bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with power shower (no bath). Starbucks Coffee is provided. The space All your needs are catered for within a few minutes walk from the property. A local Tesco, deli and local newsagents provide a great variety of food and drink, with Chinese, Indian and traditional fish & chips within easy reach for those less keen to cook at home. The beach is 7 minutes away, with the local hard and boatyards a comfortable walk along the coast road where more restaurants and the Victory Pub can be found. Ask us about our sailing experiences. Our sailing yacht is available for hire. Guest access We can comfortably accommodate group or family of 4 people, according to our guests reviews, although we provide sleeping places for 6 people. The property has a double garage for parking. Please note the maximum height of a vehicle we can accommodate is 1.85m There is a public car park a few min away from the property for a second car for a little charge during day time or free overnight. There is a sofa bed in addition to the double bed in bedroom three for occasional bed space. Other things to note Wifi is available. Tea & Coffee making facilities are available.
