The space The property consists of four independent villas within an oceanfront boutique hotel, each with a private terrace facing the restaurant and common areas. One of the villas has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and two full bathrooms, ideal for small families or groups who want to share the same space with greater comfort. The other three villas are designed for couples and each have a bedroom with a king-size bed, as well as a full bathroom and a private terrace. The four villas share a pool, a restaurant, and direct beach access, allowing guests to enjoy group living while each guest maintains privacy in their own villa. The reservation includes chef service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a dedicated waiter, bar staff, and daily cleaning of the villas. Prior to their arrival, we ask guests to share their food and beverage preferences in order to create a personalized menu for their stay. Our team can take care of grocery shopping and stocking prior to your arrival. The cost of food and beverages is charged based on consumption, plus a 15% service fee that covers logistics, purchases, transportation, and service coordination. Guests can also bring their own food and alcoholic beverages if they prefer. If additional purchases are needed during the stay, they will be made under the same consumption plan plus a 15% service fee. Guest access Access to the property is solely by sea, providing a private and exclusive experience overlooking a secluded beach. Guests arrive by boat from Boca de Tomatlán. Check-in and check-out transportation is included in your reservation and is arranged by our team. We will share the schedules in advance to arrange your transfer in a convenient manner. Upon arrival, the team members will be there to welcome you, assign the villas, and hand over the keys. Throughout your stay, on-site support will be available to coordinate services, address requests, and ensure a smooth experience.
