The space Beryls Bothy is a bright and spacious 2 bedroom bungalow, nestled in a valley over looking Tregony Bridge. There is an open plan kitchen, living and dining room with bi-fold doors opening onto a patio. The master bedroom has a 4'6" double bed and storage and the twin has 2 x 3' beds, making this perfect for couples or small families. There is underfloor heating throughout, and parking in a dedicated space. Beryls Bothy is ideal for a quiet break or as a base to explore the incredible Roseland Peninsula. Tregony is often known as the gateway to the Roseland Peninsula, and has a great pub and shop, however you will probably spend your holiday exploring the rest of this stunning corner of Cornwall. St Mawes is one of the most exclusive traditional villages in the Country, with a wealth of activities within close reach. Historic Castles from the era of Henry VIII, glistening blue waters, bustling beaches, Cornish Pubs, award-winning restaurants, amazing coastal walks, ferries to different locations, little motor boats, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards, all available for rental. (During the season) The Roseland peninsula has a huge variety of places to explore, there are many beaches, some with golden sands, some with shingle, all with a splattering of rock pools, there are secluded coves, towering cliffs, and the famous lighthouse at St Anthony. (Fraggle Rock for everyone of a certain age!) The artists' haven of Portscatho is also well worth a visit, try to book in at the Hidden Hut for some amazing al fresco dining above the stunning Porthcurnick Beach or try either of the 2 excellent pubs in the village, the Plume of Feathers in the Square or The Standard Inn at the top of the hill. Veryan is in the heart of the Roseland Peninsula and is only a short drive or a nice walk from the stunning Carne and Pendower beaches. The village itself is most famous for the stunning thatched roundhouses at each entrance to the village, there is a quaint village shop, a lovely pub and a picturesque village green and duck pond. Form Veryan it is well worth a visit to the traditional fishing villages of Portloe and Portholland, West and East, they are nestled above stunning little beaches and harbours and the coastal walks from both are amazing. Accommodation: Entrance porch with coat rack. Large open plan, triple aspect with bi-fold doors opening onto the patio. There are two sofas and a Smart TV, dining table and chairs, fully fitted kitchen units and appliances. Master bedroom with 4'6" double bed and storage. Twin bedroom with 3' beds and storage. Stunning walk in shower room with WC and hand basin. Ground floor only: Outside: Parking space for 2 cars. Patio with table and chairs. There is a path that leads around the property to the patio, Other things to note Useful Information Saturday change overs during the season Electricity, heating, bed linen, and towels are all included. You will need to bring your own beach towels. A security deposit of £250 will be pre-authorised on your credit / debit card. No dogs No smoking inside the property. Facilities and Services Air souce central heating system with underfloor heating. Electric cooker with ovens and induction hob, fridge / freezer (70/30), dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere. Washing machine. SMART TV in the living room with catch-up TV channels. Unlimited WiFi. Cot & high chair available on request. Parking and Accessibility Parking for 2 cars at the bottom of the property, access to front door via the drive (uphill) - you can park by the door to unload All on one floor with level access throughout. There is one step down onto the patio. However a path leads around the property to the patio with no steps.
