This spacious 5-bedroom home sleeps up to 14 guests comfortably. Bedroom 1: A king bed on the main floor Bedroom 2: A queen bed on the main floor Bedroom 3: The ultimate sleepover room featuring a set of full over full bunks + a set of queen over queen bunks- with a total of 4 beds! Bedroom 4: King bed on the lower level Bedroom 5 : King bed on the lower level BATHROOMS With 2 full bathrooms—one upstairs and one downstairs—everyone has space to refresh and get ready. Both bathrooms are stocked with soft towels, essential toiletries, and everything your group needs to feel at home. Guest access You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home- your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or would like recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access. Other things to note Upon booking, you’ll receive a link to your electronic guidebook with all the details for your stay, plus our favorite local picks for restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and more. The home is in a residential neighborhood, so please respect our house and noise policies—parties aren’t allowed. If you have any questions, reach out anytime; we’re happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these rules aren’t followed. Smoking of any kind indoors is prohibited and will incur a minimum $250 fine for mitigation. Some reservations may have extra guest fees. Early check-in can be requested on your arrival day through the guidebook; approval depends on our schedule, and there’s a $50 fee if granted. Late checkout isn’t available due to cleaning needs, and failure to leave on time will result in a $125 charge. We provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For longer stays, guests are responsible for restocking. We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 pet fee, but cats are not allowed.
