Situated in a prime position on the boundary of the prestigious The Poplars development which has a village aesthetic, Sandy Toes benefits from a private patio terrace with uninterrupted rural views. Quality fixtures and fittings ar styled all the way through the spacious and well-designed interior, with the bathrooms boasting underfloor heating. The open plan living environment comprises of a well-equipped kitchen, an inviting sitting area with deep sumptuous sofas, and a grand dining area. Two double sliding doors open from here to the main side terrace, taking full advantage of the magnificent views and flooding this space with light. The three bedrooms (one king-size master and two super-king size zip and links which convert to twins) all have supremely comfortable mattresses on the beds, along with plenty of storage space. With adult towelling bathrobes provided, two fully tiled smart bathrooms (one is en-suite) each have showers, with the family bathroom also featuring a bath. The patio terrace runs around two sides of the lodge, creating a seamless open wrap-around vista. The west facing outdoor lounge area is the perfect place to settle down with a glass of something chilled to watch the sun as it goes down on another day. Burnham Market is a destination loved by everyone, and once you have visited you will know why. A traditional village that surrounds a central green with the Goosebec running through the centre, the village is full of charming independent shops of every kind including fashion boutiques, galleries, jewellers, restaurants, delis, cafes, pubs, butchers, fishmongers, a hardware shop, tennis courts, a village store, as well as a beauty spa. And, all of this, without losing any of its rural Norfolk village charm. There's plenty to keep you amused right on the doorstep before you even consider the possibility of exploring the surrounding areas and the fabulous coastline. Additional Information: Sorry, no pets. Bedroom two With 6' super-king size bed (with twin option available - please request on booking), wardrobe, bedside tables and television. Bedroom three With 6' super-king size bed (with twin option available - please request on booking), wardrobe, bedside tables and television. Bathroom With bath, shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Outside: There is a gated patio terrace with glazed screen, lounge seating and charcoal barbecue. Two dedicated parking spaces are available in the parking bay adjacent to the lodge. Additional cars must be parked off site. A communal 7W EV charger is available on The Poplars development for a parking charge of £5 plus 55p per unit. Other things to note Additional Information: A nespresso citiz machine has been provided at the property (please bring your own pods) Charcoal for the barbecue can be bought at the village's garage.
