Wilderness Villa with the panorama lakeview

Welcome to our beautiful villa on Senja Island to spend peaceful holiday in the middle of the forest, surrounded by mountains and a big lake. You can go to fishing with our private boat and swim on the summertime. In wintertime you can enjoy the northern lights. On summer you can drive with the car all the way to the villa. On winter 15 min walk from the carpark. 25 min from Finnsnes and 30-60min away from the most famous tourist attractions. The space In our cabin you find totally 4 bedrooms, 3 bedroom downstairs and a one attic bedroom upstairs. Kitchen, dining area and living rooms is a one big area, so you have lot of space to enjoy the time together with your family or friends. Kitchen have all the equipment you would need for cooking. You will find also an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a fridge. Our Villa have 8 big solar panels and a big battery pack. In every room you will find sockets and lights. So you able to use 230 V electricity like in the normal house what is connected with the power lines. You can use running water from the water tank. Tabs you find from the kitchen and bathroom. Shower also have running water. Warm water is also available, thanks for gas water heater. Toilet is in the separate room. It is bio/compost toilet with the toilet seat . It's good ventilated, so comfortable to use. Like a normal toilet. Outside you will find a huge terrace where you can spend beautiful summer days. With several tables and chairs there is space for up to 12 persons to sit. You have also make a campfire. Nearest big lake is only 250 meters away. There you will find a small beautiful sand beach and you can go to swim. You will also have an access to use our private boat and go to fishing. Fishing licence needed. It's costs around 300 NOK per day. Fishing is forbidden on Wednesdays. You can catch a famous Norwegian salmon. Or just enjoy :) Lake is called Sørlivatnet. From middle of May until end of July sun is up all day and night. Midnight sun is definitely something what you need to experience! Senja Island is also a perfect spot to watch the Northern lights, since we are located under the Aurora oval. You can see the lights straight from our terrace. There is no light pollution here in middle of forest. What more you could asked for the perfect holiday in the wilderness, but still close enough to the town. It's easy to go hiking just straight from the villa from spring to autumn. In winters, you can go for skiing or snow shoeing. Our villa is dog friendly place. You will find 2 30m long running cables outside where dogs can enjoy their holiday as well :) Our Villa is located only 25 min drive away from Finnsnes, what is the nearest town. There you can find several supermarkets, a shopping center, a pharmacy, a gas station etc. There is also a small grocery store 20 min drive away, in Vangsvik, what is open 24/7. It's easy to come also for example from Tromsø , you can take a fast boat from there and only 1 h 15 min you will arrive to Finnsnes. Nearest airport is in Bardufoss, around 1h drive away from the villa. From Finnsnes you will find several rental car companies. To get to our cabin, we recommend to rent a car. There is some busses some stops around 1km away couple of times per day. And another bus stop 3km away. Anyway, most convenient it's to have a own car or rental car. Guest access You have access for the hole villa, except a small storage room where we have our personal stuff.
