The space The house is located just 50 meters from the beautiful beach of Roda, in the traditional settlement, close to the restaurants and shops of the area. It has two floors. The ground floor is an open-plan space featuring a living room with a sofa that converts into a single bed, a dining area for 3 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, electric stove, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, washing machine, air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, hangers, hand soap, and a hairdryer. It also has a courtyard with a small dining area. On the upper floor, which is accessed by an internal staircase, there is the bedroom with a double bed, a flat-screen TV, closets with hangers, a toilet (WC), a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a furnished sunny terrace with a dining area and a view of the village. Additionally, there is an ironing board and a steam iron, free Wi-Fi, a hot water shower, and the windows are fitted with screens.• Baby crib available & high chair (upon request). Guest access Guests can use all indoor and outdoor areas of the house, exclusively for themselves. Other things to note The cost of the stay includes a change of bed linens and towels every 4 days, upon request to the property manager. Amenities within the apartment are available for guests to clean during their stay. Cleaning the place before and after the end of the stay is also included. During the stay more than 7 days, there is a cleaning of the space in consultation with the owner. For reservations longer than 4 days and in case the owner for urgent reasons cannot be present during the guests' stay, the second linens, if they wish, are delivered to the guests from the beginning of the stay after informing the owner. The above applies to short-term reservations up to 25 days. END OF DURABILITY According to the law, upon arrival, the guest must pay the owner a resilience fee per night, from May to October, in the amount of 8 euros per night.
