The villa consists of three bedrooms, two living rooms, a large kitchen with dining area and two bathrooms. The space The property is organized as follows: -> LOWER LEVEL: - LIVING ROOM I with wooden table, sofa, fireplace and study/library area; -> HIGHER LEVEL: - LARGE KITCHEN fully equipped with gas hob, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, moka, coffee machine, kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, wine glasses, kitchenware and large dining area; - LIVING ROOM II with sofa; - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers; - BEDROOM II with two single beds and a bunk bed; - BEDROOM III with double bed and chest of drawers; - BATHROOM I with bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; - BATHROOM II with hydromassage tub, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, fans (in each bedroom), two flat-screen TVs (55 inches), insect screens, safe, walk-in closet (in the corridor of the rooms on the first floor), iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer., baby cot and high chair. SHARED AREAS (with the guets of the annexe): > On the ground floor of the villa there is a LAUNDRY BATHROOM with dryer and washing machine and a GYM ARE(access from the outside): both areas are shared with guests in the villa's annexe. > Swimming pool: usable from June to September, depending on weather conditions. The swimming pool can be used from 9:00 to 20:00. > Outdoors: garden and dining area with barbecue. PLEASE NOTE: > there are internal stairs and steps; be careful if you are traveling with children; > in the villa there are two fireplaces which are solely furnishing elements and cannot be used; > the villa does NOT include heating or air conditioning; if you wish to use them, you must make a request and pay an additional fee of €50,00/night. Guest access The villa is for the exclusive use of guests; there are areas shared with the other guests of the estate (swimming pool, parking spaces, garden, laundry and gym). Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax.
