An ideal location for those temporarily working or visiting the area and want a quiet countryside location. Perfect location for visiting Brazos Bend State Park or the Hang gliders airstrip at Rosharon. The space The Farm House is a historic 2 bedroom property located in the Sugar Land Houston countryside amidst farming and ranching communities. It is a perfect gathering spot for families that want to experience the country side of the Gulf Coast. Guest access Fishing welcome in the 2.5 acre pond, stocked with bass and catfish. Fishing pond is located across from the Hopkins House. Children must be supervised by an adult at the pond. Guests are more than welcome to stop by and visit the ponies. They love treats, 2 treats per pony (weight issue). Other things to note Mandatory house cleaning every other week. This is at no extra cost.
