The space Airbnb allows bookings for up to 16 guests; however, the villa can accommodate up to 25 guests. Any guests above 16 will be charged an additional per-adult fee over and above the Airbnb booking price. A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA (Ground Floor) There is 1 living room on the ground floor. Include AC, TV, Wi-Fi and an Attached Balcony There is a separate dining area. KITCHEN (Reheating Access) Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. LAWN (Private) There is a 15000 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. It can seat up to 500-750 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space. POOL (Private) There is a private outdoor pool. The pool is 15ft x 25ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Guests only have reheating access to the villa kitchen. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - Alfresco dining is available at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per night. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
