The property is located in a former industrial building that is currently being converted into a modern accommodation. The interior areas are already finished and offer clean and functional amenities. The outdoor facilities are currently still under construction. Final completion of the overall project is scheduled for 2027. We are already looking forward to having you as a guest. The space After over a year of intensive construction and renovation, we are absolutely delighted to finally welcome you to our new property. We placed great emphasis on creating modern, clean, and functional spaces where you can feel at home right away. Each apartment has been designed with comfort and practicality in mind – ideal for short stays, business trips, or extended stays. The outdoor area is currently still in the final stages of completion. We ask for your understanding for this. However, everything inside is fully finished, and we are doing our best every day to complete the outdoor area as quickly as possible. Our goal is to provide you with a hassle-free, enjoyable, and reliable stay.
