The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a dining area, a private bathroom and a bedroom. The space The property is organized as follows: -> LOWER LEVEL: - LIVING ROOM with sofa bed (2 single beds), 55-inch flat-screen TV and coffee table with chairs; - KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, moka, coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, electric oven, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining table; -> HIGHER LEVEL: - BEDROOM with double bed and two armchairs; - BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, fan, insect screens, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer, cot and high chair. Swimming pool, gym area, laundry and garden with outdoor dining area. 2 uncovered parking spaces, inside the estate. SHARED AREAS (with guests of the villa): > On the ground floor of the villa there is a LAUNDRY BATHROOM with dryer and washing machine and a GYM ROOM (access from the outside): both areas are shared with the guests of the villa. > Swimming pool: usable from June to September, depending on weather conditions. The swimming pool can be used from 9:00 to 20:00. > Outdoors: garden and dining area with barbecue. PLEASE NOTE: > there are internal stairs and steps; be careful if you are traveling with children; > The accommodation does NOT include heating or air conditioning; if you wish to use them, you must make a request and pay an additional fee of €25.00/night. Guest access The villa is for the exclusive use of guests; there are areas shared with the other guests of the estate (swimming pool, parking spaces, garden, laundry and gym). Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
