Guest access When you book The Silver House, the entire estate is yours and yours alone. We believe in providing a truly "private villa" experience, meaning there are no shared facilities and no other guests on the property during your stay. During your stay, you will have exclusive access to: The Entire Villa: All 4 designer bedrooms, the open-concept living and dining areas, and the fully equipped kitchen. Private Swimming Pool: A secluded pool area reserved strictly for your group, perfect for morning laps or sunset dips. Outdoor Entertainment Zone: Full use of the BBQ pit area and outdoor lounging spaces. The Grounds: Explore the villa’s private gardens and shaded decks overlooking the pine forest. Parking: Ample private parking space is available within the gated compound for multiple vehicles. Nearby Natural Access: The River: A beautiful, clear river is just a short 3-minute stroll from the villa gate. While the river is public, the path from the villa is quick and convenient. Check-in Details: To ensure your privacy, we provide a seamless check-in process. with self-check-in instructions on the gate post box, to ensure you can settle into your mountain sanctuary immediately Other things to note House Rules & Property Protocols To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all guests, please adhere to the following rules. Failure to comply may result in a forfeit of the security deposit or immediate termination of the stay. 1. Cleanliness & Hygiene Shoe-Free Zone: Please remove all outdoor footwear at the entrance. Indoor slippers are provided for your comfort. Dining Areas: Food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the bedrooms to prevent pest infestations. Kitchen & Waste: Guests are responsible for washing their own dishes and disposing of garbage in the designated bins before check-out. Halal Policy: This is a Pork-Free and Lard-Free property. If hiring external non-halal catering / food truck, all waste and utensils must be managed and removed from the premises independently by the provider we recommended hiring a Non-Halal food truck. 2. Safety & Security CCTV Surveillance: For your protection, 5 active CCTVs monitor the exterior perimeters of the property 24/7. Illegal Substances: The use of drugs or illegal substances (including "vaping mushrooms") is strictly prohibited. Local authorities will be notified immediately of any violations. Fire Safety: No candles, incense, or open flames are allowed inside the villa. Towels are for personal hygiene use only please do not use them for cleaning spills or floor messes. 3. Quiet Hours (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM) Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours to respect the peace of the neighborhood. Electronic devices, JBL speakers, and TV soundbars must be kept at a low volume (suggested 5-20% max) with closed all windows. 4. Facilities & Maintenance Pool Usage: The swimming pool is closed from 10:00 PM onwards. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when near the water. Furniture & Equipment: Indoor furniture, decorative pillows, and electronic equipment must remain inside the villa. They are not designed for outdoor use. Energy Conservation: Please turn off all lights and Air Conditioning units when leaving a room or checking out. 5. General Conduct Smoking: Smoking is strictly permitted outdoors only. Please use the provided ashtrays and do not litter the grounds. Pets: No pets are allowed on the property. Damages: Please report any accidental breakages or technical failures immediately. Guests are liable for the cost of repairs or replacements for any damages caused during their stay.
