Welcome to my charming house located in Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, in the heart of vineyards and the forest, near the famous Clos Vougeot! Ideal for families, it features 3 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a private terrace. Discover beautiful landscapes on foot or by bicycle, and sample local wines. Nuits-Saint-Georges, with its shops, is 6 km away. Beaune and Dijon are nearby. I would love to host you! The space The house is made up of: • 3 comfortable bedrooms (3 double beds and 2 single beds + baby cot upon request) • Bathroom and separate toilet • Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob) opening onto a living-dining room • Private terrace with barbecue and garden furniture • parking • Garage available for bicycles and motorbikes The house is not compliant with PRM standards. For everyday needs, the town of Nuits-Saint-Georges is only 6 km away, with all the necessary shops (supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, etc.). In the nearby villages, you will also find: a PROXI (3 km), a bakery (2 km), and restaurants in the surrounding area. For the more adventurous, you can walk there along the trails.
