Lovingly newly renovated vacation home in an idyllic location at the end of the Melbecker Valley in the hilly Sauerland. The space The heart of the vacation home is the spacious, cozy living and dining room with a view over the valley, the riding arena and the horse pastures and paddocks. The fireplace provides cozy warmth and makes many winter hours more pleasant. The upper floor offers two rooms (rooms 1 and 2) with double beds (1.80 m), a bathroom (bathroom 1) with toilet and shower, and an additional toilet. The attic also offers two rooms (rooms 3 and 4), each with 2 single beds, which can be extended to 160 cm on request. So you decide if you want to sleep two, three or four in a room on the top floor. Each guest naturally has their own high-quality mattress. Like the upper floor, the attic has a private bathroom (Bathroom 2) with a toilet and shower and an additional toilet. Dogs can be brought at an extra cost of 10€ per day. The initial supply for the pellet stove is included in the price; additional bags can be purchased from us. The vacation home will be rented for the first time at Christmas 2018. Guest access The house has its own entrance and is independent. We live in the farm next door and are happy to help with any questions you might have. Other things to note Falkenegg offers an exciting annual program for riders & interested parties. Cyclists are happy to be able to cycle directly and to know the bicycles safely stowed in the evening. In the forests that start right at your doorstep, you can hike wonderfully.
