At Pearl Hillview Mansion, a stunning villa in Lonavala, mornings begin with soft light spilling over the mountain views as the calm of the surroundings sets the tone for the day. This 5-bedroom residence unfolds gradually-earthy interiors, expansive living spaces, and corners designed for both connection and quiet. Step outdoors to the manicured lawn, where sit-outs frame uninterrupted views, or gather by the private pool with its striking glass house for a leisurely afternoon. As the day progresses, there’s always something to return to - perhaps a short trek along the nearby trails or an easy reading session in your library. Evenings shift indoors, where the private home theatre with PS4 becomes the highlight, while quieter moments find their place in the villa’s library. Here, every hour moves at its own pace, balancing indulgence, recreation, and stillness effortlessly. THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes an AC, TV, Wi-Fi Ensuite Bathroom. BEDROOM 2 This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes an AC, TV, Wi-Fi Ensuite Bathroom. BEDROOM 3 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC, TV, Wi-Fi Shared Bathroom. BEDROOM 4 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC, TV, Wi-Fi Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Balcony BEDROOM 5 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC and Wi-Fi Attached Balcony BATHROOMS There are 4 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. Bedroom 4 features a bathtub. However due to technical difficulties, it is not functional until further notice. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is a spacious living room. Include AC, TV, WI-Fi, balcony, a sound system and CCTV coverage for safety. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a 815 sq. ft lawn. It can seat up to 12 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space. POOL There is a private outdoor pool. The pool is 15ft x 30ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access Guests have reheating access to kitchen. Other things to note - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
