Our sustainably built, eco-friendly vacation home is located close to nature on the picturesque banks of the Werra River, overlooking the Falkner Klippen cliffs, surrounded by ancient beech forests and the rolling hills of the Werra Valley. Here, you will find a haven that offers more than just comfort and style. Healthy, natural building materials, large panoramic windows, and a private spa area with sauna and relaxation room await you. Leave everyday life behind and experience the peace and beauty of nature. The space The entire property is furnished with high-quality natural wood furniture, partly in a modern style and partly in the style of the 1930s. The old furniture was restored. High-quality Siemens kitchen appliances and a high-quality Liebherr refrigerator/freezer combination are available to you. Dishes by the Finnish designer Kaj Franck from 1952, a design classic, are available for a total of ten people. An old wooden table from Provence from the 1900s and the classic chair by Max Stoelcker from 1934/35, from the design period of the "Frankfurt School," form the dining table ensemble. Guest access Our entire house on all three floors is at your disposal without restriction and free of charge during your stay, with all its features. We don't charge additional fees for the sauna, electricity costs, etc. Everything except for cleaning is included in the all-inclusive prices. Other things to note We are currently still waiting for the fiber optic connection for the Internet. We have Wi-Fi via Telekom's mobile internet, which we are happy to provide to you. It's just that the network bandwidth varies greatly during the day. Therefore, please do not expect to have an Internet connection like you are used to in big cities. In the fall of 2026, we will plant a large area of the garden with edible fruit in the form of trees and shrubs. It will take a certain amount of time for these wonderful fruits to grow until they are available for all guests to eat.
