The Stables at the Oast Barn

Self contained modern studio in the heart of Kent. The space The Studio includes a full kitchen with a four unit hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a comfortable sofa with coffee table and tv. The studio features a king sized bed with en suite shower room. Location: The village of Penshurst is one of the most beautiful in Kent. The local pub is the recently renovated Leicester Arms with a good restaurant and lovely garden. The Forge is the village shop which also has a Post Office and Fuel Station attached. Penshurst Place is an eight minute walk. Hever Castle and Chiddingstone are close by. This is also a great location from which to explore the renowned Sissinghurst and Scotney Castle. Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells are only a 15 minute drive away. Please Note: Due to water features in the garden we cannot accommodate children under 10 years of age. No Stag or Hen nights. Guest access Guests have the use of free parking in the Courtyard. Guest access Guests have their own private Courtyard accessed via an electric gate with parking directly outside the studio.
