Nestled in the historic Sidi Amara district, just steps from the colorful souks and the famous Jemaa el-Fna square, our riad is the ideal address for families, groups of friends, or business retreats (up to 14 people). You will enjoy the entirety of this magnificent 350 m² (256 m² total floor area) property, with no shared spaces with other guests. The Accommodation Our spacious riad is designed for the comfort of large groups and is arranged around a magnificent, light-filled central patio. Living Spaces (Ground Floor & Upper Floors) • Patio Dining Room: The heart of the riad, where you can enjoy your meals around a large mosaic table inspired by zellige tiles (see photo). • Large TV Lounge: A comfortable space with a large green velvet Chesterfield sofa and a television, perfect for relaxing evenings (see photo). • Library Lounge: A quiet corner for reading or relaxing. • Workspace: A dedicated office for those who need to work during their stay. • Fully Equipped Kitchen: Located on the ground floor, this spacious kitchen has everything you need: a large professional range cooker, a large granite worktop, a microwave, a coffee machine, and ample storage (see photo). The 7 Bedrooms & Bathrooms The bedrooms are spread across the different levels, offering privacy and comfort. They are tastefully decorated in a Moroccan bohemian-chic style, with traditional zellige tile floors and ornate ceilings. • 4 Bedrooms with Private Bathrooms: These double rooms have their own en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). • 3 Bedrooms with Shared Bathrooms: These double rooms share access to immaculate bathrooms. • 4 additional shared toilets are located throughout the riad for your convenience. All our rooms are equipped with quality bedding, air conditioning, and clean linens (see photos of rooms with four-poster beds or woven wall decorations). The Outdoor Space: Your Private Rooftop Terrace This is the jewel of Riad Zaitouni! Our expansive rooftop terrace is a true open-air living space, designed for absolute relaxation. • Private Jacuzzi: Unwind in the bubbles after a day exploring the Medina. • Solarium: An intimate space awaits you for sunbathing under the Moroccan sun. • Summer Kitchen & Dining Area: Under a wrought iron and rattan pergola, a second fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a wrought iron table and chairs allow you to prepare barbecues or dine under the stars. Guest access The riad is for exclusive use only. Only registered guests are permitted to enter the riad. Rates are subject to change; please specify the number of guests when making your reservation. A fee of €25 per person per night will be charged for any discrepancies. Other things to note Note: In accordance with local regulations, only registered guests are permitted inside the riad. Outside visitors are not allowed. House Rules: • No parties or events. • Smoking is permitted only outdoors (terrace). • Pets are not allowed (unless otherwise indicated).
