The space You can check in independently thanks to a smart lock: no need to arrange a meeting or collect keys. You simply gain access to the flat on arrival, within the specified check-in times. The flat is on the second floor of a building without a lift, just a short walk from the historic centre, shops and restaurants. Les Halles de Laval, opening in June 2025, is just a 1-minute walk away: you can easily do your shopping there, enjoy the food shops, have lunch or pop in for a drink without having to get back in the car. A real bonus for such a central flat: Le Gambetta is situated on a cul-de-sac, with no through traffic or passing buses. A few cars do drive through to reach the nearby public car park, but the street remains quiet. This means you can enjoy the town centre whilst staying away from the hustle and bustle. Inside, the 84 m² offers generous proportions and a real sense of space. The bright and cosy living area comprises a lounge with a smart TV, as well as a dining area where you can gather round a large table. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home: oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. For larger vehicles, there is a public car park in the immediate vicinity. Laval railway station is about a ten-minute walk away. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included so you can travel light.
