With 2 spacious living areas, you can flop onto the lounge suite to enjoy the tranquillity, relax in the dining area overlooking a private courtyard, or park yourselves outside on the covered patio in the courtyard to enjoy that vital morning cuppa to ease yourself into the day. Situated in Yungaburra, Cinnamon Cottage is an ideal central place from which to explore the Atherton Tablelands. If you are a boatie, the property is a mere 5-minutes’ drive to the boat ramp on Lake Tinaroo. However, please READ the rules of our home PRIOR to booking. Cinnamon Cottage is a wonderful home to escape the frantic pace of modern living. Although not a new home, Cinnamon Cottage is being brought into the new millennium and is loved by all who stay in the crisp, clean cottage. We are honest with you, so we ask you to be honest with us. This is our family home, so we ask you to give us honest numbers of the guests you plan to book for. If you have infants or children, please notify us before booking so we can let you know if they can be catered for. Imagine how uncomfortable it will be for all when we find out there are more people in the home than was originally booked for. I’m sure you get the picture. Noisy people are not welcome and will not be allowed to stay. When inquiring, please be mindful of Australian time zones as during the middle of the night it may be a while before we get back to you. But we will get back to you. About Cinnamon Cottage • This is a new Airbnb with new furnishings, cutlery, and Manchester. • There are two large living areas. • One living area has a lovely, large 6 seat dining table where you and your family can enjoy meals or while away the hours playing board games or just talk with one another. • The second living area has a large lounge suite and a 65” smart TV. Cinnamon Cottage does have Internet; however, it is governed by fair use. Please be considerate of the guests who will be staying in the house after you. Absolutely NO pier to pier (p2p) file sharing, downloading mega amounts of content, or illegal content of any kind is allowed. • The kitchen is fully equipped. • Milk, coffee, and sugar is in the home to start with; however, for any extras you will need to visit Foodworks in Yungaburra which is a short 2-minute drive away. • A separate laundry is available with a brand-new washing machine and dryer. • We also have an iron and ironing board. • There is also a clothesline in the backyard. *However, please note that a clothesline is not a toy and children are not to swing on it. • Four comfortable bedrooms with two queen beds and two single beds with clean bedding included. All bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. • There are ceiling fans throughout the home and a split cycle air-conditioning system. • A comfortable undercover patio in a private courtyard with an outdoor setting and a ceiling fan. • There is an electric barbecue for the patio which will be stored in the pantry before and after use. The barbecue is not to be used inside the house. It is for veranda or garage use only. Please place on the table near the vents on the veranda to cook with. Please use the plastic utensils provided. • There is a large backyard; however, there will be no access to vehicles in the backyard. • The spacious bathroom is in the centre of the home and is easily accessible no matter where in the house you are with a separate toilet alongside the bathroom. • Free two undercover spaces in a secure garage with remote access. - Please do not park on the front or back lawns. - There is also a concrete driveway for vehicles and a small to medium-sized boat, if necessary. - Please do NOT allow children to play with any remotes on the property as flat batteries will attract additional fees. There is no access to the large shed on the property, so please don't ask.
