To ensure the house functions well for all guests, we ask that you follow these simple rules. ⸻ 🔑 Check-in & lock • Self check-in is done with a code (instructions are sent before arrival). • The front door locks automatically after about 1.5 minutes – always take the code with you when you go out. • When checking out: check that all doors, patio doors and windows are properly locked. ⸻ 🗑️ Garbage sorting We appreciate if you help sort the trash: On the patio, there are 3 containers for: • Glass • Returnable bottles/cans • Cardboard/paper packaging Under the sink in the kitchen, there are 3 containers for: • Food waste • Plastic packaging • Residual waste On departure: • Empty all garbage into the correct outdoor bin: • Green = residual garbage • Brown = food waste • Black = plastic and paper packaging ⸻ 🧼 Cleaning • Guests are responsible for leaving the house in a clean and tidy condition. • Cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies are available to use. • Dishes should be put away and surfaces wiped clean on departure. A final cleaning can be booked for an additional fee of SEK 1,500. ⸻ 🛏️ Bed linens & textiles Upon departure, we ask you to: • remove bed linens and other linens • collect used towels, table cloths and textiles 👉 Put everything in the laundry basket in the laundry room. ⸻ 🎉 About the House • Everything in the house may be used with common sense. • The party room in the basement may be used freely, but be considerate of neighbors. • High noise levels outdoors late at night should be avoided. ⸻ 🚿 Washing machine & water • To use the washing machine, the water faucet needs to be opened and the power switch turned on. ⚠️ NOTE: The kitchen faucet is installed the other way around: • If you turn it to "hot," cold water will come out • if you turn it to "cold", hot water will come out ⸻ 🚭 Important • Smoking only outdoors or on the patio • Be considerate of neighbors. • Please let us know immediately if something breaks or if something is not working.
