Our 120 m² chalet is quietly located, not overlooked, on the heights of Cornimont, yet easily accessible by car. You'll enjoy a stay that will allow you to disconnect from your daily routine. We have paid particular attention to the decoration. A garage is available, and additional parking is available on the private driveway. In summer, you'll enjoy a large wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture and a second terrace with a table, chairs, and deckchairs; each is protected and south-facing by a pergola. A built-in barbecue allows you to prepare delicious grilled dishes. On a 1,400 m² plot surrounded by forest and 75% wooded areas, the brand new private 8 m x 4 m in-ground swimming pool is yours to enjoy, and you'll enjoy complete privacy. *Heated from May 1st to the end of September. A gym mat is available under the bed. On the lower level: two bedrooms (one double bed (2 x 90 cm) with a television in the first bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom), a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Direct access to the garage is possible.
